Month of Giving

For the month of May we are collecting items for Honor Home. Honor Home is a transitional housing program in Stark County. They are committed to helping and meeting veterans where they are on their journey to permanent housing. Their transitional housing provides stability, support, clothing, food and comprehensive case management to connect veterans with the programs and resources they need. The traditional housing is open to homeless women veterans with or without children, as well as single male veterans.

Temple Israel brings its rich history to Canton’s Jewish community as a driving force for social and spiritual connections. It is a family that creates a Reform Jewish home that nourishes the soul, inspires the mind, and engages the hands.
